Autumn Glow

This was quite an important song for the newly assembled band as for some reason people seemed to really like it, and so became a live staple. The early band recordings had a definite country feel, maybe having something todo with Craig, who recorded and produced the early material. It's actually a sound I'm thinking of returning to in newer songs. It was quite literally the second song I wrote, the first being unbearably bad, yet Autumn Glow seemed ok to me at the time. It was also around this time that I had become friends with Rebecca and Charles from Slow Club and fell in love with their music, so I think it's safe to say that Autumn Glow gives a timely nod to the music they were making at the time.
