This song really took shape when I was living at home with my dad. Without giving too much away lyrically, it kind of touches on the situation we were both part of at the time. Musically, I guess it followed on from our previous material with quite a full sound. I'd really got into the banjo at that point and wrote the song on one in fact, I remember showing it to Ben and Lloyd when they came over to my house for a practice.
